What can I expect from the consultation?
An initial consultation will take 1.5 - 2 hours and involves a full nutritional assessment including an in-depth review of all the bodily functions and your family's medical history. We will discuss existing conditions and presenting symptoms in full detail. On completion of this session a personalised treatment plan will be provided and a follow-up session arranged normally 2-4 weeks later depending on the treatment plan.
What happens at the follow-up session?
Follow-up sessions take 45mins-1 hour and include an in-depth discussion of your progress; we will review your initial conditions/symptoms in great detail and discuss areas that have worked well for you and areas that have been more challenging. Following this you may receive some tweaks or additions to your plan to suit your lifestyle to support your progress.

Where do the consultations take place?
Consultations take place in Cookham, Berkshire (near to Marlow and Maidenhead). Suzie is also able to do home visits in the Leatherhead, Dorking, Epsom, Reigate areas (during the week).
Home visits are available in a 15 mile radius of Marlow/Maidenhead at no additional charge. Over 15 miles may incur a small fee to cover travel expenses.
Are phone consultations available?
Yes, Suzie can do phone/skype consultations for those who are not able to get to Cookham or live too far away.
What is an accompanied shop?
Suzie can assist you on an accompanied supermarket shop, advising on healthier alternatives to your existing food/drink products, how to understand and interpret misleading food labels and marketing claims. Many clients find it an extremely useful part of their treatment plan.
What can I expect from the weaning session 'Baby's First Foods'?
Suzie runs a baby weaning workshop for mums in groups of 5 or more. Here you will learn all about which foods are suitable to feed a new baby, when to start weaning and how much to feed along with which foods to avoid and why. Including an indepth look (and taste) of what is currently available on the market.
When are appointments available?
Appointments are available any day of the week, from 8am - 9pm. As many clients work full time Suzie is happy to run consultations in evenings or at weekends.
The consultation process is completely confidential; children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
